At VET Festival, we pride ourselves on making the overall experience like no other CPD event. That even goes down to the complimentary food you have for your lunch! Forget a dry, curling sandwich in a brown paper bag. Instead you can enjoy a yummy selection of food everyday, catering for all dietary requirements. You can also enjoy complimentary tea and coffee along with pastries throughout the day.

We do not encourage dogs at the conference as we are not able to provide adequate facilities for them. If you wish to bring your dog please ensure you bring everything they might need and respect other delegates by keeping them as calm and quiet as possible whilst at the event. Thank you.
If you are interested in Camping or Glamping at VET Festival, you can find full details of all the options available here.
As the event is outdoors in a field please check the weather forecast and come suitably prepared for all weathers! Visitors should make extra provisions for any weather eventuality as although we’d love to have sunshine we cannot guarantee this due to the great British weather! VET Festival advises bringing provisions from wellies to sun cream, blankets to waterproofs for sun, rain, wind and cold weather.
VET Festival are committed to making everyone’s experience an enjoyable one. Please do consider that the festival is an outdoor event with grass fields and grounds with gradients/uneven surfaces. Whilst we have made a great effort to provide facilities to accommodate for this, there will inevitably be some areas that are hard to navigate. There will be an area for disabled parking as close to the entrance to the event site as possible.
Even though we curate CPD content If you buy a nurses or student ticket you can access any of the 13 streams – all lectures are open to all delegates.
