It’s her goal to help people to get comfortable again in the kitchen through cooking classes, workshops and easy recipes and empower people to take back control of their own health, starting with food.

Shan wants to make cooking and nourishing your body as easy and tasty as possible.
Shan has an animal science background and was a Vet Nurse and Veterinary Medical Rep for most of her career before finally transitioning her passion for food, gut health and wellness into her main job after she had her baby. She understands the challenges of the veterinary industry and the challenges of managing a household and a family and can’t wait to help you become the healthiest version of you with her no-fuss approach to nutrition and wellness.
