Alongside the outstanding CPD content, the wellness of the delegates attending is at the heart of VET Festival. We have a dedicated Hub at the event that is devoted entirely to a series of wellness activities that delegates can take part in across the 2 days. There is also a massage station and juice bar and demos within the Hub for delegates to enjoy.

you can let go and enjoy all the festival has to offer.

exploding visualisation that you can use whenever you’re feeling stressed’
Take part in a 15 minute session to understand how the charity Vetlife
can offer free, independent and confidential help to everyone in the
veterinary community. The charity provides a 24/7 phone and email
helpline; professional mental health support; financial assistance;
information and resources.
You have decided to go vegan or veganish. But what now? Where do you
start? Join Hayley Jarvis, a specialist vegan consultant who will give you
tips and advice of becoming a vegan and also a second session focussed
solely on Top tips for travelling vegans.
Horses can quickly pick up on energy and emotions, which makes them
excellent teachers for letting go of your problems and finding more happiness
in the now. Join Jacqui Vaughan, to discover how horses can boost your
confidence and give you the tools to overcome life's most difficult challenges.
Book a private session with one of our coaches who will personally teach you
tools you can take away and apply to everyday life whenever you need to switch
your brain off and let go of a problem. This is a 15 minute session with a
